Our Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Australian E-Scooters. If something’s not right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Can I Return My Item?
Returns and refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Contact us at info@australianescooters.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your reason for returning it.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- You received the wrong colour or design, or the product is different from what you ordered.
- A technician confirms the item is faulty and it cannot be repaired or replaced at our cost.
- Please include your original receipt with your return.
How to Return
Email us first so we can provide return instructions and an address. Once we receive your item, our technician will assess it. We’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
Receiving Your Refund
If approved, your refund will be issued to the same card used for purchase. Refunds can’t be processed to alternate cards or accounts.
Product Warranty
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage and duration vary depending on the item and the brand.
